Medallia Survey

Unwrap integrates with Medallia Survey to import and analyze customer feedback from your Medallia surveys, providing actionable insights to improve your customer experience.

Step 1: Start Integration Setup​

  • Go to the Integrations page in Unwrap.
  • Locate the Medallia Survey integration and click Connect.

Step 2: Enter Integration Information​

You’ll be prompted to provide the following details:

  • Integration Name: Enter a unique name for this integration that accurately reflects the feedback source or purpose (e.g., "Medallia Retail Surveys"). Name the integration as accurately as possible to ensure clarity for your team.
  • Username: Enter the username for your Medallia OAuth credentials.
  • Password: Enter the password for your Medallia OAuth credentials.
  • Domain: Enter your Medallia API domain (not the full URL). For example: api.medallia.com
  • Survey Names: Enter a comma-separated list of survey names to import (e.g., Retail Store Purchase Survey,Online Checkout Survey).
  • Custom Medallia Fields: Enter a comma-separated list of custom fields from Medallia to extend metadata. Examples: a_action_plan_number_of_tasks,a_adhoc_distribution

Step 3: Validate and Submit​

  • Click Validate to confirm your credentials and configuration details.
  • After validation is successful, click Submit.
  • Data ingestion and analysis will begin. Please allow 2–3 hours for your Medallia survey data to appear in Unwrap.
