Gong

Unwrap integrates natively with Gong to pull in call transcripts.

Step 1: Authenticate Gong access​

Go to our Integrations page and find the Gong integration and click Connect.

Step 2: Input Gong connection details​

We will need three pieces of information to connect to your Gong instance.

  1. First, you will need to get your Access Key and Access Key Secret, both of which can be found by following the instructions on Gong's documentation.

  2. Next, you'll need your Gong "domain". This is your prefix in your Gong URL (https://{domain}.api.gong.io). It typically looks like us-12345.

  3. Once you've inputted these three pieces of information, you can hit Validate and confirm that we were able to connect to your Gong instance.
