Reddit

Unwrap uses Reddit to allow you to ingest feedback from thousands of community discussions and posts into Unwrap. Reddit is a social platform that allows you to tap into real-time user conversations and feedback across countless subreddits based on specific topics or triggers.

For example, you can monitor relevant subreddits (source communities), create rules that trigger any time new feedback or discussions about your product are posted to those subreddits, and automatically collect that feedback into Unwrap (destination app).

Steps to Integrate

Name your integration Enter a descriptive name for your Reddit integration in the "Integration name" field (e.g., "Product Feedback Monitor" or "Customer Support Reddit").
Specify the subreddit In the "Subreddit" field, enter either the name of the subreddit you want to monitor (e.g., alexa) or the full URL (e.g., https://www.reddit.com/r/alexa/). Both formats are accepted.
Set tag filters (optional) In the "Tag Filters" field, enter comma-separated post flairs (not arbitrary tags) to filter posts by their flair (e.g., question, feedback, bug report). Leave blank to capture all posts from the subreddit.
Configure inclusion filter (optional) Use the "Inclusion Filter Text" field to specify a single word or phrase that must appear in posts for them to be collected. Only one value is supported. For example, enter your product name or a specific keyword relevant to your business.

Only the first value will be used if you enter multiple values, and the rest will be ignored.
Set exclusion filter (optional) In the "Exclusion Filter Text" field, specify a single word or phrase that should exclude posts from being collected (e.g., Bot, spam, or promotional). Only one value is supported. Exclusion filters override inclusion filters if the same text appears in both.

Choose comment inclusion Set "Include Comments" to 1 if you want to capture comments along with posts, or 0 to collect only the original posts. The default setting is 1 (comments included).
Save and activate Once all fields are configured, save your integration to begin automatically collecting Reddit feedback into Unwrap.
