Kustomer
Unwrap allows you to connect with Kustomer to bring in support tickets and customer interactions, providing valuable insights into your customer support data. To get started, you'll need a Kustomer API key with the appropriate permissions.
Step 1: Select Kustomer from Unwrap Integrations
Go to our Integrations page and click the "New Integration" button. Then, find the "Kustomer" integration and click "Select." A new modal will automatically open and ask you to fill out the required metadata.
Step 2: Add required metadata
- Integration name: Enter a unique name for your integration (e.g. Kustomer Support)
- API Key: Enter your Kustomer API key. Please note that in order to enable Unwrap to integrate, the API must have the following permissions:

org.permission.search.create
org.admin.search.read
org.permission.search.update
org.permission.search_global.create
org.permission.search_preview.create
org.permission.conversation.read
org.permission.message.read
org.permission.customer.read
Organization URL: Enter the URL for your Kustomer organization. This should look something like
https://orgname.api.kustomerapp.com
Validate and submit Once you've filled out the required fields, click "Validate" which will validate your API key and application ID. Once validated, you'll be able to click Submit and data will start being ingested. It will take 2-3 hours for your data to integrate and be analyzed.
Security
Unwrap connects securely with Kustomer, passing data only through Kustomer's secure API directly to Unwrap's secure private cloud in AWS.
