Assistant: More reliable and context-aware
Assistant is now better at searching your data before responding, solving about 25% of previously poor answers, and leading to more accurate and context-aware answers.
Assistant now more accurately applies the date range from your query when generating charts. You can ask questions like “Plot the top 3 delivery complaints over the last 7 days” or “Chart the top 5 reasons for NPS detractors over the past 90 days”.
Plus, Assistant is now quicker to respond and more consistent when handling follow-up questions or re-phrased prompts.

Loudest Voices: Better understand which cohorts are driving Group feedback
The Loudest Voices feature, formerly known as cohort analysis, highlights cohorts of users with an outsized share of feedback within a Group, helping you see who’s most impacted by specific issues. For example, if 90% of complaints about your app latency are coming from iOS 15 users, even though iOS 15 users only make up 15% of your feedback, we’ll call that out.
With the latest improvements, Loudest Voices now pulls in more of your custom fields, will have a higher degree of noteworthiness, and is described in more elegant language.
Now it’s a faster, more actionable way to connect themes to the cohorts that matter most.
