To analyze your feedback, you must first integrate it into Unwrap's platform. Unwrap makes this easy through a wide selection of integrations with platforms where you collect feedback. The process is typically less than 5 minutes of work for you.
ποΈ Gladly
Unwrap integrates natively with Gladly to bring in Gladly tickets, conversations and phone calls. The documentation below is applicable to both our Gladly integration, which imports text-based conversations, and the Gladly Phone Calls integration.

Unwrap integrates natively with Gong to pull in call transcripts.

ποΈ Zapier
Unwrap uses Zapier to allow you to ingest feedback from thousands of other apps into Unwrap. Zapier is a no-code tool that allows you to create simple data pipelines between two apps (called Zaps) based on βtriggersβ.
ποΈ Zendesk
We support two forms of feedback from Zendesk: A) Tickets and B) Support Chats. For both, you'll be asked to authenticate to your company's Zendesk instance, which will allow to start pulling tickets or chats.
ποΈ Snowflake
Unwrap integrates natively with Snowflake via Secure Data Sharing, a feature built in to Snowflake. At a high level, if you store feedback data in a Snowflake table, you can privately and securely share that data with Unwrap's Snowflake account so that we can pull that data into your Unwrap instance on a programmatic basis.
ποΈ Facebook Groups
We support pulling in A) Posts and B) Comments on Posts from public and private Facebook Groups. Each post and each comment is treated as an indvidual feedback entry in Unwrap. Per Facebook's API restrictions, we will only be able to pull posts and comments that occur after the steps below are completed, which means Unwrap will not be able to backfill historical data.

Unwrap integrates natively with Github Issues from your repository.
ποΈ Kustomer
Unwrap allows you to connect with Kustomer to bring in support tickets and customer interactions, providing valuable insights into your customer support data. To get started, you'll need a Kustomer API key with the appropriate permissions.
