📄️ Overview
To analyze your feedback, you must first integrate it into Unwrap's platform. Unwrap makes this easy through a wide selection of integrations with platforms where you collect feedback. The process is typically less than 5 minutes of work for you.
📄️ Intercom
Unwrap integrates natively with Intercom to pull in transcripts of chats between your customer service operators and your customers. We also support summarizations of these back-and-forth conversations, which you can opt in to by contacting us.
📄️ Zendesk
We support two forms of feedback from Zendesk: A) Tickets and B) Support Chats. For both, you'll be asked to authenticate to your company's Zendesk instance, which will allow to start pulling tickets or chats. By default, we pull in the last 6K tickets.
📄️ Facebook Groups
We support pulling in A) Posts and B) Comments on Posts from public and private Facebook Groups. Each post and each comment is treated as an indvidual feedback entry in Unwrap. Per Facebook's API restrictions, we will only be able to pull posts and comments that occur after the steps below are completed, which means Unwrap will not be able to backfill historical data.
📄️ Integrating Custom Fields
Unwrap allows you to integrate additional metadata fields associated with each entry of feedback you ingest into your Unwrap views. These custom fields can then be used to do powerful slicing of your feedback analysis to answer questions like:
