Recurring Digests

To highlight key changes and insights in your evolving feedback, such as a new trending customer complaint, Unwrap will summarize insights proactively in recurring emails.

What gets included in digests?

By default, digests identify key insights across all your Unwrap Views where data is regularly updating. They focus on highlighting:

  • Newly identified patterns of customer feedback
  • Patterns that are growing or shrinking substantially
  • Patterns that are constant and high-impact pain points for your customers

The data sources that power your digests will be listed in each email you receive from us.

Who receives digest emails?

By default, digests are sent to everyone in your Unwrap organization. If you want specific individuals to start receiving digests, invite them to join your organization. You can also contact us (contact@unwrap.ai) if you want to add additional distribution lists added to the recipients.

Can we customize my digests to include things I care about most?

Yes. By default, we include insights our system deems the most important, but contact us if there are specific types of insights you want your digest to focus on.

How frequently do digests get delivered?

Pro tier customers receive them weekly, and Growth tier monthly.

We have more than one product that we analyze in Unwrap. Can we receive more than one digest?

If you have integrated feedback for mulitple products, contact us to discuss pricing for multiple recurring digests.
