Summaries now cover more detailed insights about a Group’s feedback, allowing you to understand what’s driving specific feedback without having to read each entry individually.
Summaries will aim to explain what the key group issues are, what’s contributing to them, and if relevant, how your support team is helping customers navigate the issues.

Refined Gong Call Summaries: Surfacing sales-specific signals
Gong call summaries now contain more detailed insights about what’s driving sales friction: what motivated the buyer, any concerns they raised, and potential signals around deal risk or opportunity—making it easy to take action based on feedback insights.

Latency improvements
We’ve significantly reduced the time it takes to load the Explore and Boards pages, especially for more complicated dashboards. Latency is an ongoing focus for us, but we’re really excited about this month’s progress.
