To highlight emerging, critical customer complaints in your constantly evolving feedback corpus, Unwrap will detect, summarize, and send you real-time alerts proactively on new/trending issues, as soon as they are found by our system.

What gets included in real-time alerts?

By default, real-time alerts identify key insights across all your Unwrap Views where data is regularly ingested. They focus on highlighting:

  • Newly identified patterns of customer feedback
  • Existing patterns of feedback that are significantly elevated or spiking compared to historical datapoints

The data sources that power your real-time alerts will be listed in each real-time alert you receive from us.

Who receives real-time alerts?

By default, real-time alerts are sent to everyone in your Unwrap organization. If you want specific individuals to start receiving real-time alerts, invite them to join your organization. You can also contact us (contact@unwrap.ai) if you want to add additional distribution lists added to the recipients.

Can we customize my real-time alerts to include things I care about most?

Yes. By default, we include insights our system deems the most important, but contact us if there are specific types of insights or product areas you would like your real-time alerts to focus on.

How frequently do real-time alerts get delivered?

This depends on the size of your feedback corpus, number of distinct feedback groups identified by our system, and the degree to which your feedback changes on a day-to-day basis. There may be some weeks where you receive two or three real-time alerts in a single day, and other weeks where you receive none.

You can customize the sensitivity threshold for your real-time alerts as well, if you find you are receiving too few or too many.
