X (formerly Twitter)

Unwrap uses X (formerly Twitter) to ingest real-time public conversations and feedback about your brand, product, or topics of interest. By integrating with X (formerly Twitter), you can automatically collect tweets matching specific keywords for analysis and action in Unwrap.

Steps to Integrate

  1. Name your integration Enter a descriptive name for your X (formerly Twitter) integration in the "Integration name" field (e.g., "Brand Mentions Monitor" or "Product Feedback Tweets").

  2. Specify the keyword In the "Keyword" field, enter the word or phrase you want to track on X (formerly Twitter). Tweets containing this keyword will be collected. You can use advanced X (formerly Twitter) search operators if needed (e.g., "product launch", from:username, #hashtag).

    Examples:

    Keyword: Alexa
    Keyword: "customer feedback"
    Keyword: #unwrap
    Keyword: from:unwrapai
  3. Set the daily tweet limit In the "Daily Tweet Limit" field, specify the maximum number of tweets to collect per day. The default is 500, and the maximum allowed is 1,000. This helps you control the volume of data ingested each day.

    Examples:

    Daily Tweet Limit: 500
    Daily Tweet Limit: 1000
  4. Save and activate Once all fields are configured, save your integration to begin automatically collecting tweets matching your criteria into Unwrap.

Notes:

  • The "Keyword" field supports X's standard search syntax. For more details, see the X API documentation on how to build a query.
