Talkdesk

Unwrap supports transcribing call recordings from Talkdesk as feedback entries.

Steps to integrate

To setup your Talkdesk integration, go to our Integrations page and find the "Talkdesk" integration.

  1. Name your Integration: Enter a descriptive name for your Talkdesk integration.
  2. Enter your Talkdesk domain name: Enter your company's name as it appears in the URL when you're using Talkdesk. For example, if your URL reads https://unwrap-sample.mytalkdesk.com then enter unwrap-sample.
  3. Enter your client ID and client secret: Enter these values so Unwrap can authenticate to your Talkdesk account. These values can be generated by following the Talkdesk directions here.

The following steps are optional:

  1. Enter call types to include: A comma-separated list of call types to include in the imports. If you enter nothing we will import all available data.
  2. Business hours only: If you enter 1 we will only import calls classified by Talkdesk as being during business hours, defaults to 0 (import all calls).
  3. Tags to include: A comma-separated list of tags for calls you want to include. If left blank, all calls will be imported.
  4. Tags to exclude: A comma-separated list of tags for call you want to exclude. If left blank, no calls will be excluded from the import.
