UserVoice

Unwrap integrates natively with UserVoice to pull in Suggestions, Feedabck Records and Comments.

Step 1: Create an API client in UserVoice​

First, you need to create a Client Key and Client Secret, which you can create following UserVoice's instructions here. Once you have generated a Key and Secret, proceed to Step 2.

Step 2: Create integration in Unwrap​

You can select the "UserVoice" integration on Unwrap's integrations page. There are three inputs:

  • Domain: This is based on the URL you use to access your UserVoice instance. For example, if your UserVoice URL is acmecorp.uservoice.com, then your domain is "acmecorp" (no quotes).
  • Client Key: This is the Key you generated in the Step 1
  • Client Key: This is the Secret you generated in the Step 1
