Decagon

Unwrap integrates with Decagon to pull in conversation transcripts between your AI agents and customers. This integration allows you to analyze AI-powered customer interactions, track CSAT ratings, and identify areas for improvement in your automated support workflows.

Steps to Integrate

Step 1: Obtain your Decagon API Key

To connect Decagon to Unwrap, you'll need an API key from Decagon:

  1. Log in to your Decagon account
  2. Navigate to your API settings or contact your Decagon administrator
  3. Generate or copy your API key

Step 2: Configure your integration

Go to our Integrations page and find the "Decagon" integration and click Connect. You'll be asked to provide the following:

  1. Integration Name (required): Enter a descriptive name for your Decagon integration (e.g., "Customer Support AI Conversations").

  2. API Key (required): Paste your Decagon API key that you obtained in Step 1.

  3. Flow IDs (optional): If you want to filter conversations by specific flows, enter a comma-separated list of flow IDs. Leave blank to import all conversations.

    Examples:

    Flow IDs: flow_123, flow_456, flow_789
    Flow IDs: onboarding_flow, support_flow

    Only conversations matching at least one of these flow IDs will be imported. If left empty, all conversations will be ingested.

Step 3: Validate and submit

  1. Click Validate to verify your API key and configuration
  2. Once validated, click Submit to begin importing your Decagon conversations
  3. It will take 2-3 hours for your data to integrate and be analyzed

What gets collected:

  • Full conversation transcripts (both user and AI messages)
  • Conversation summaries
  • CSAT ratings (if available)
  • User IDs and conversation metadata
  • Timestamps and links to conversations
