Pendo

Unwrap integrates natively with Pendo to collect and analyze product feedback.

Step 1: Create New Pendo Integration​

  • Go to the Integrations page in Unwrap.
  • Locate the "Pendo" integration and click Select.

Step 2: Enter Pendo Information​

You’ll be prompted to provide the following details:

  • Integration Name: Enter a unique name for this integration that accurately reflects the feedback source or purpose (e.g., "Pendo US Product Feedback"). Name the integration as accurately as possible to ensure clarity for your team.
  • API Key: Enter your Pendo account’s API Key. You can find this in your Pendo dashboard under
    Settings > Integrations > API Keys.
  • Guide ID: Enter the unique identifier for the Pendo Guide you wish to connect. This is available in your Pendo Guide settings.
  • Quant Poll ID: Enter the ID for the quantitative poll you want to import. Locate this in your Pendo Polls dashboard.
  • Qual Poll ID: Enter the ID for the qualitative poll you want to import. This is also available in your Pendo Polls dashboard.
  • Guide Name: Enter the name of the Pendo Guide associated with this integration.

Step 3: Validate and Submit​

  • Click Validate to confirm your API Key and IDs.
  • Once validation is successful, click Submit.
  • Data ingestion and analysis will begin. Please allow 2–3 hours for your Pendo data to appear in Unwrap.
