Hubspot Sales Notes

Unwrap integrates natively with Hubspot to pull in the notes of sales meetings. This integration pulls all objects of the Meeting type in Hubspot.

Unwrap will bring in by default the meeting body and title. If you store feedback text (e.g., recording transcripts, etc.) in custom properties that are tied to the meeting, please work with your Unwrap account representative to confirm support.

Step 1: Create a private app in Hubspot​

Hubspot allows you to create access tokens via Private Apps. Private Apps can be scoped to the specific data you want to share. You can find Hubspot's documentation on making a Private App here.

When making the app, please grant the app the following scopes:

  • crm.objects.contacts.read
  • crm.objects.companies.read
  • crm.objects.deals.read
  • crm.objects.appointments.read

Step 2: Create integration in Unwrap​

Once you have a token from Hubspot, you can select the "Hubspot Sales Notes" integration on Unwrap's integrations page and enter the token.
