Welcome to Unwrap! The Home Page is designed to bring forward the most important insights uncovered by Unwrap. This includes insights we determine are important to highlight for your entire team, as well as Groups that you've personally pinned to your Home page.

Insights Found by Unwrap

On the Home Page, you'll find insights about key changes in your feedback, including new Groups or Groups with big changes involume, both of which might indicate a growing or shrinking trend or issue. These insights populate automatically and will update regularly. All members of the View will see the same insights.

Pinned Groups

Here you will find previews for any Group you've personally pinned to your Home page. Whether it's issues related to the current quarter's roadmap, or those related to your functional area that you'd like to keep an eye on, pinning allows you to keep the issues most important to you front and center.

Users can pin any Group from the Group's settings menu on any page you see the Group, and pinned Groups are specific to specific user - only you will see your pinned content on your Home page.
