Feedback

The Feedack page is where you can see your firehose of all feedback, across your integrated sources. While we're obviously big proponents at Unwrap of using aggregate statistics and automatically generated Groups of feedback to speed up prioritization, sometimes there's no substitute for diving in to recent feedback one by one and getting a quick pulse of what's new.

Use this Feedback page to read through recent feedback and filter to feedback from a specific date range, sentiment, source, or segment (e.g. NPS Detractors). If you want to do a quick search (e.g. "I want to see all recent feedback containing the text 'premier league'"), the Feedback page allows you to perform exact-match searches. On the next page, Explore, we'll talk about a more robust AI-powered search.
