Assistant

The Assistant is your chat interface to get the answers you need. If you have a question about your feedback, just ask.

For example, let's say you are working on the Notifications feature for your product - here's a few examples of what you could ask:

  • What are the top issues around notifications?
  • What are enterprise customers saying about notifications?
  • What's trending this week?
  • Show me anecdotes from customers saying notifications show up too late

Your chat history will show in the left sidebar.

Follow-up questions

The Assistant let's you have a back-and-forth conversation. For example, if you asked "What are the top issues around notifications", you could ask a follow up question like "Can you plot the issue of late notifications over the last 90 days".

You can ask as many follow-up questions as you want, and the Assistant will maintain context from prior messages in the chat. If you wish to start a chat with entirely new context, you can do so via the "New Chat" button on the top right.
