Survey Dashboard

The Survey Dashboard is your central hub for managing all your Unwrap surveys. Here you can view all your surveys, check their status, performance metrics, and take actions to manage them effectively.

Overview

The Survey Dashboard provides a comprehensive view of all surveys within your organization. It displays key information about each survey in a clean, organized table format that allows you to quickly assess the status and performance of your survey campaigns.

Survey Table Columns

Survey Name

Displays the name of your survey as defined when you created it. This is the primary identifier for your survey campaigns.

Responses

Currently under construction.

Last Active

Indicates the most recent activity for each survey, including:

  • When the survey was last sent to recipients
  • When the last response was received
  • When survey settings were last modified

Status

Shows the current status of each survey with color-coded badges:

  • Active (Green): Survey is currently live and accepting responses
  • Draft (Yellow): Survey is being prepared but not yet activated
  • Inactive (Gray): Survey has been deactivated and is not accepting new responses

Available Actions

Create New Survey

Click the "Create New Survey" button in the top-right corner to start building a new survey. This will open the survey creation modal where you can:

  • Enter a survey name
  • Add a description
  • Set initial configuration options

Edit Survey

Click on any survey name or use the edit action to access the Survey Edit Page where you can:

  • Modify survey settings
  • Update design and branding
  • Manage recipients
  • Review responses

Activate/Deactivate Survey

Toggle survey status directly from the dashboard:

  • Activate: Makes the survey live and starts sending to recipients
  • Deactivate: Stops the survey from sending to new recipients while preserving existing data
Survey Activation Requirements

Before activating a survey, ensure you have:

  • Added at least one survey question
  • Uploaded or added survey recipients
  • Configured email subject line
  • Set up survey design (optional but recommended)
