Overview

Unwrap allows you to reply to feedback directly from within the Unwrap tool and have those replies post to the source platform where the feedback was originally collected. Today, we support replying to reviews posted to the Apple App Store and Google Play. Unwrap allows you to reply to feedback directly from within the Unwrap tool and have those replies post to the source platform where the feedback was originally collected.

With this feature, you can:

  • Reply to many feedback entries to send the same response to all at once
  • Find specific Groups of feedback that need to be responded to (e.g. a bug that has since been fixed)
  • Find which specific feedback entries have been responded to vs. not

Why should I respond to feedback?

No customer likes feeling like their feedback goes unheard. By replying to your customers' feedback, you can help assure them that you A) have taken action on their feedback, B) need more information to better address their feedback, or C) simply thank them for sharing valuable feedback. This simple action builds a stronger sentiment for your brand amongst your customers, and can even lead to them giving you higher public ratings.
