Custom Fields and New Feedback Integrations

This month’s updates improve how feedback can be enriched with custom metadata and expand the range of sources you can pull data from. Here's what's new:

Custom fields: Bring more metadata into Unwrap

In Unwrap, you can now sync additional custom fields from external systems—like your CRM or own data warehouse—allowing you to enrich each entry of feedback with custom metadata and more strongly map insights to business impact.

You can now pull in fields such as contract value, renewal date, pricing tier, churn date, etc. to answer questions like:

  • "What are the top issues amongst customers who’ve churned?"
  • "Of customers complaining about wear and tear, which product lines see the most complaints?"

The available integrations currently include Snowflake, Salesforce, and S3, with more on the way.

Data Integrations: Amazon Reviews & Discord Forums

We’ve added new feedback integrations with Amazon Reviews and Discord Forums, allowing you to pull in reviews using an amazon standard identification number (ASIN) and specified Discord Forum channels.
