Saved Filters, Assistant Upgrade, Digest Changes, and more
This month’s updates improve how teams store reusable data filters, interact with our natural language Assistant, and view cohort-based breakdowns in digests. Here's what's new:
Saved Filters: Persistent and shareable query states
Introducing Saved Filters: Now users can create a custom filter library that lets them reuse filter configurations across views.
Filters can be stored privately or shared across the team, depending on the save settings. The most frequently used saved filters are highlighted for easy, one-click repeat access.

Assistant Upgrade: Updated query complexity and output flexibility
The Assistant now supports multi-step queries, contextual follow-ups, and inline chart generation.
Improvements include:
- Support for nested and related queries (e.g. “Show delivery complaints by week over the last 6 months” followed by “Now filter to Santa Barbara.”)
- Generation of charts directly from natural language queries. Users can save resulting charts to Boards immediately.
This is the first phase of broader improvements rolling out over the next several weeks.

Richer visuals in Digests: Cohort-based breakdowns
Weekly digest emails may now include richer, more segmented charts. Instead of single-line time series graphs that plot the overall trend of a feedback Group, recipients might see a chart broken down by metadata like location, NPS bucket, or team—allowing you to see which cohorts of customers are most impacted by a specific issue.
No setup is required by the user.
