Assistant & Reports Improvements
Assistant can now search the web
See not just what changed in your feedback, but why. Assistant can now pull in live web context and connect it directly to what customers are telling you.
What you can do:
Connect feedback to what's changing in your business. Bring in your public launch announcements, promotions, and changelogs. Assistant uses them to understand what's shifting, and can generate feedback reports tied to exactly those moments.
Try it: "Pull from my public changelog to determine what's been released in the last month. Then use it to craft a report on feedback for our recently launched features."
Find the gaps in your help center. Bring in your help center content to see why customers get stuck on certain paths, and where your docs need work.
Try it: "Find the top patterns where customers are getting confused during onboarding. Cross-reference that with my external help center to recommend fixes."
Keep an eye on the competition. Track what competitors are launching, and see how feedback on your own competing features trends in response.
Try it: "Look up [competitor]'s recent product announcements and tell me if we see any requests about those same features in our feedback."
Better collaboration on reports and subscriptions
Driven by requests for better collaboration, subscription owners can now add collaborators and people can make changes and generate previews that others can see. Open any subscription from Reports > Subscriptions to get started.
Preview changes. After you edit a subscription's instructions, click Preview changes to see the changes applied. You can then apply or discard them before saving.
Collaborators and edit history. Subscription owners can add collaborators, who can edit instructions and generate previews that everyone on the subscription can see. Instruction history shows how a report's guidance has changed over time.
Edit reports before you send them
Automated reports are now editable. Automate the first draft that lands in your inbox, then refine the wording, tighten the findings, and tweak the details before a report goes out to a wider audience or your execs.
Pin any report to your homepage
You can now pin reports to your homepage. When your report updates, it’ll update there automatically. Keep the analysis you check most often one click away.
Smarter answers about dates
Assistant can now work out dates like "8 weeks from last Monday." Pair it with a context instruction such as "Always start analysis weeks on Monday" to keep reporting periods consistent.
MCP Improvements
Unwrap is now an official ChatGPT plugin
It’s now even easier to bring your customer feedback into ChatGPT. Install the Unwrap plugin from the ChatGPT Plugins Directory.
Interactive charts in the MCP
Charts now render right inside your LLM conversation. Ask a question that calls for a visual, like "Show me how checkout feedback has trended over the last 3 months" or "Plot a pie chart of this group broken down by sentiment," and explore the chart in place.
Link back to the original feedback
The query_feedback_data tool can now return permalinks to the original source of feedback (e.g., a link to the tweet on X), so you can jump from an answer straight to the source.
Other Updates
Entry Deletion API
Handle data deletion requests on your own schedule. New Entry Deletion API endpoints let your team programmatically delete specific entries. No need to loop in Unwrap for each request.
