Create a Group without leaving the chat

On occasion, the Assistant will identify themes of feedback that are not yet quantified by a Group in the taxonomy. You can now ask Assistant to add those Groups to the taxonomy so that they are fully quantified and tracked over time. The Assistant will also proactively suggest a Group when it spots a recurring theme in the feedback it's reading. You can also edit, rename, and archive Groups directly from the Assistant.

Pause the assistant mid-conversation

Course-correct the Assistant without starting the conversation over. You can now pause the assistant when it's headed somewhere wrong, and redirect it in the same run. The Assistant will also pause and ask a multiple-choice question if more direction if needed

Compact sessions 

Deep investigations no longer end because the chat got too long. The Assistant now carries the thread of a conversation across hundreds of turns — older exchanges get summarized in the background while your recent back-and-forth stays verbatim — so a single chat can carry you from initial exploration all the way to a decision. Your full transcript stays intact and scrollable.

Reports Improvements

The new Reports page brings My Reports and Shared with Me together in one place. View subscriptions and past editions, update report context and instructions, ask follow-up questions, and re-run editions with different date ranges or filters.

Taxonomy Page Improvements

Spot the themes gaining or losing momentum without clicking into every group. Rising and falling themes jump out immediately, without opening each group one by one.
