Assistant Improvements

Point Assistant to your most trusted sources

Tell Assistant which websites to trust first, like your help center or changelog, so its web answers lean on your own sources. Click on "Context" in Assistant, then choose whether web search is off, on for all sites, or limited to your approved sites. With search on for all sites, Assistant still favors the ones you've added.

Reports & Boards Improvements

Real-Time Alerts now live in Reports

Every Real-Time Alert now arrives in Reports, so you can go from spotting a spike to knowing what to do about it. Check out the new Alerts tab on the Reports page.

What you can do:

  • See the full history. Open any alert series to see every alert Unwrap has flagged, with charts showing when an issue spiked, settled and spiked again.

  • Get to the root cause and action to take faster. Each alert report includes sample cases linked to the feedback behind the spike, root cause analysis, who's affected, resolution status and recommended next steps.

  • Ask Assistant about any alert. In one click, ask follow-up questions like “Is this a recurring or new issue?”

  • Share it with your team. Send an alert report by email or Slack, or download it as a PDF.

Export a board to PDF or PNG

Share a board with anyone, including people who don't use Unwrap. Export the full board as a PDF or PNG with your current filters and dates applied. In the PDF, click the board title or any chart to open it live in Unwrap.

Charts that match your report's timezone

Charts now stay consistent with the reports they came from. Report screenshots retain the timezone it was created in, and clicking into a chart from a report opens it in that same timezone. Use the timezone dropdown to switch between your local time and UTC.

Taxonomy Page Improvements

Filter by a specific integration

Narrow feedback to a single integration, not just an integration type. Each integration is now its own filter value, with include and exclude options. This helps when you've connected more than one integration from the same source. For example, if you track several X accounts, you can look at one handle's feedback on its own or exclude it from the rest.

Set default filters

Open the Taxonomy page already filtered the way you work. For example, the CX lead who manages your Unwrap view can set it to open on support channels for everyone, while a support team lead narrows it further to just Zendesk tickets.

  • View-wide defaults: Admins can set filters that apply for everyone in the view.

  • Personal defaults: Save your own filters on top of the view defaults.

  • Shared links: Filters in a shared link always take priority over saved defaults.

Other Updates

Permanently delete feedback in bulk

Admins can now permanently delete feedback right from the Feedback page. Open the menu next to the search bar, choose Delete feedback, and use your existing filters to find the entries you want to remove. Delete up to 10,000 entries at a time, and get an email when it's done so you don't have to stay on the page. Deleted feedback is removed from Unwrap and all Groups. Need to automate deletions, for example to handle privacy requests? Deletes are also available through the Entry Deletion API.

New Integrations

Typeform

Bring your Typeform survey responses into Unwrap with our new native integration, no Zapier workaround needed. Connect your Typeform account, then choose exactly which surveys to import, so it's always clear what data you're bringing in.
