Gorgias

Unwrap integrates with Gorgias to analyze your support tickets and conversations.

Step 1.

Go to our integrations page and search for "Gorgias" and select it.

Step 2.

Choose a name for your Gorgias integration.

Step 3.

Enter your Gorgias domain. You can find this by looking at the URL when using Gorgias: https://YOUR_DOMAIN.gorgias.com

Step 4.

Enter a valid Gorgias user email.

Step 5.

Enter the password associated with that Gorgias user email.

Step 6.

Click "Validate" and you're ready to go!
