Integrating Salesforce Data

Unwrap allows you to import feedback entries from Salesforce via the following sources:

  • Support Cases

  • Chatter Posts

  • Live Chat Transcripts

  • Messaging Sessions

Setup

  • Navigate to the Integrations page and select "New Integration"

  • Search for "Salesforce" and select any of the displayed options (they will lead to the same setup flow)

  • Enter your Salesforce domain and click "Connect with Salesforce". You'll be asked to log in and grant permission for Unwrap to access your data.

  • Select which data source you want to integrate.

  • Select which of the available metadata fields you would like to include in your entries. The preview pane display example entries and metadata as you make these choices.

  • Optionally, apply filters to restrict which feedback is imported.

  • Name the integration and click "Save".

Allow a couple hours for Unwrap to start importing your data.
