Integrating Salesforce Data

Unwrap allows you to import feedback entries from Salesforce via the following sources:
Support Cases
Chatter Posts
Live Chat Transcripts
Messaging Sessions
Setup
Navigate to the Integrations page and select "New Integration"
Search for "Salesforce" and select any of the displayed options (they will lead to the same setup flow)
Enter your Salesforce domain and click "Connect with Salesforce". You'll be asked to log in and grant permission for Unwrap to access your data.
Select which data source you want to integrate.
Select which of the available metadata fields you would like to include in your entries. The preview pane display example entries and metadata as you make these choices.
Optionally, apply filters to restrict which feedback is imported.
Name the integration and click "Save".
Allow a couple hours for Unwrap to start importing your data.
