Subscribing to Alerts

Alert Types

Unwrap delivers a few different types of proactive alerts about changes in your feedback:

• Group Subscriptions: Receive a daily or weekly summary of new feedback categorized into any Group you want to follow.

• Volume Alarms: Configure your own alarms for feedback that crosses a threshold of volume. You can filter these alarms based on volume of feedback from a specific sentiment, star rating, our source.

• Digests: Once a week or month, depending on your plan tier, you'll receive an email digest packaged with key insights, including recent spikes and drops in areas of interest in your feedback. See here for more comprehensive Digests documentation.

Group Subscriptions

Groups can be subscribed to from the Group card by clicking on the "bell" icon. Subscriptions are great to keep track of issues you are actively working on (e.g., ongoing bug fix), or ones that require immediate action (e.g., legal escalations).
