X (formerly Twitter)

Unwrap uses X (formerly Twitter) to ingest real-time public conversations and feedback about your brand, product, or topics of interest. By integrating with X (formerly Twitter), you can automatically collect tweets matching specific keywords for analysis and action in Unwrap.

Steps to Integrate

  1. Name your integration Enter a descriptive name for your X (formerly Twitter) integration in the "Integration name" field (e.g., "Brand Mentions Monitor" or "Product Feedback Tweets").

  2. Specify the keyword

In the "Keyword" field, enter a search query to track on X. Your query is passed directly to X's full-archive search API, so you can use the full range of X search operators.

Retweets and quote posts are automatically excluded from results.

  1. Set the daily tweet limit In the "Daily Tweet Limit" field, specify the maximum number of tweets to collect per day. The default is 500, and the maximum allowed is 5,000. This helps you control the volume of data ingested each day.

  1. Save and activate Once all fields are configured, save your integration to begin automatically collecting tweets matching your criteria into Unwrap.
